This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process when you visit desk-ia.com or book a meeting with us, for what purpose, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights. By using the site or booking a meeting, you accept the practices described here.

DeskIA is an early-stage project (pre-pilot). We collect as little data as possible and only to be able to assist you. We don't sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

1. Data controller

The controller of your data is DeskIA SAS (hereinafter, "DeskIA"), a simplified joint-stock company identified with [registration number / tax ID], a company founded by Francisco Aponte, IT Operations & ITIL consultant.

2. What data we collect

We only process the data you provide voluntarily when you book a meeting (diagnostic or demo) through our booking page, or when you email us:

The desk-ia.com website is static and informational and does not install tracking cookies or our own advertising analytics tools. Note that, when you book a meeting, the Microsoft Bookings booking page may install its own cookies under Microsoft's privacy policy. 3. What we use your data for (purpose)

We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you based on this data.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by voluntarily booking a meeting or emailing us, and on any other legitimate basis permitted by the applicable data protection law. 5. Who we share your data with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with providers that deliver services to us and act as processors under their own policies:

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which we collected it, and while a commercial relationship or interest exists. As a reference, we keep contact data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires a different period or you request its deletion sooner.

7. Your rights

You can request at any time:

We apply reasonable measures to protect your data and rely on providers (Microsoft, AWS) with recognized security controls. No system is 100% foolproof, but we handle your data with the same audit and least-privilege standard we apply in the product.

9. Minors

Our site and services are aimed at professionals and businesses, not minors. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor provided us with data, email us and we'll delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or regulations change. We'll publish the current version on this page with its update date.
