The desk-ia.com website is static and informational and does not install tracking cookies or our own advertising analytics tools. Note that, when you book a meeting, the Microsoft Bookings booking page may install its own cookies under Microsoft's privacy policy. [Update if our own analytics or cookies are added in the future.]
3. What we use your data for (purpose)

- Answer your questions and follow up commercially about DeskIA.
- Send you appointment reminders and, if you accept, information related to the service.
We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you based on this data.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by voluntarily booking a meeting or emailing us, and on any other legitimate basis permitted by the applicable data protection law. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 7). [Adjust the legal basis to the applicable law of your jurisdiction.]
5. Who we share your data with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with providers that deliver services to us and act as processors under their own policies:
| Provider | For what |
|---|---|
| Microsoft (Microsoft 365 / Bookings) | Calendar, meetings, and email management. This is where the booking form data is stored. |
| Amazon Web Services (AWS Amplify) | Hosting of the desk-ia.com website. |
These providers may store data on servers outside your country. By using our services, you accept these international transfers, subject to each provider's safeguards. [Adjust according to the law of your jurisdiction.]
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which we collected it, and while a commercial relationship or interest exists. As a reference, we keep contact data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires a different period or you request its deletion sooner.
7. Your rights
You can request at any time:
- Access to the data we hold about you.
- Rectification of inaccurate data.
- Deletion / cancellation of your data.
- Objection to processing or withdrawal of your consent.
To exercise them, email us at francisco.aponte@desk-ia.com. We'll respond within a maximum of 15 business days (or the period set by the applicable law if shorter). If you believe we didn't address your request, you can turn to your country's data protection authority [name the authority per jurisdiction].
8. Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect your data and rely on providers (Microsoft, AWS) with recognized security controls. No system is 100% foolproof, but we handle your data with the same audit and least-privilege standard we apply in the product.
9. Minors
Our site and services are aimed at professionals and businesses, not minors. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor provided us with data, email us and we'll delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or regulations change. We'll publish the current version on this page with its update date.
