Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 14, 2026 · DeskIA — desk-ia.com

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the desk-ia.com website and the free diagnostic and demonstration services offered by DeskIA. By using the site or booking a meeting, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, we ask that you not use the site.

1. Who we are

DeskIA is the commercial brand of DeskIA SAS (hereinafter, "DeskIA" or "the Company"), a simplified joint-stock company identified with [registration number], a company founded by Francisco Aponte, IT Operations & ITIL consultant, developing an AI-powered ITSM system. Contact: francisco.aponte@desk-ia.com.

2. What this site offers

The site is for informational and commercial purposes: it describes the DeskIA product and lets you book a free meeting (ITIL diagnostic or demo). Booking a meeting does not create any purchase obligation or service contract between the parties.

3. Nature of the information (pre-pilot stage)

DeskIA is in an early stage. The figures shown on the site (for example, target MTTR or auto-resolution percentage) are MVP design goals, not guaranteed results. Actual results depend on each environment and are measured in the corresponding pilot.

The content of the site and the meetings is indicative and does not constitute binding legal, financial, or compliance advice. Any decision you make based on this information is your responsibility.

4. Acceptable use

By using the site, you agree to:

5. Intellectual property

The DeskIA brand, name, logo, text, design, and other site content are the property of DeskIA SAS / DeskIA, unless otherwise stated. You may read and share links to the content, but not reproduce or reuse it for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

6. Third-party links and services

To book meetings we use Microsoft Bookings, and the site is hosted on AWS. When you use them, those providers' terms and policies also apply. We are not responsible for the content or practices of linked third-party sites or services.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep the site available, but we don't guarantee it will run uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the site or any service at any time, without liability for doing so.

8. Limitation of liability

The site and the free services are offered "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by applicable law, DeskIA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the site or the information contained here.

9. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of [country / jurisdiction], and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of [city / jurisdiction], unless the applicable law provides otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be published on this page with its update date; continued use of the site implies acceptance of the changes.
